(Gate 7 — Gad: Guard What Grows Within You)
The trail became narrow, winding through fields of wildflowers and tall, swaying wheat. Butterflies circled above. Bees hummed low songs. All around Eliah, things were growing—stretching, blooming, becoming.
He knelt beside a small sprout pushing up from the soil.
“So small,” he whispered.
Then a voice, deep and earthy, echoed from the hills.
“So was every star before it was a sun.”
A strong figure approached, clothed in green and gold. He held a staff carved with leaves and seeds. His eyes were kind and old, but his smile was young.
“I am Gad,” he said. “I am the Guardian of the Seed.”
Eliah tilted his head. “A seed of what?”
“Of you,” Gad said. “There is a seed in every heart—a holy potential. Yours has already begun to sprout. But it must be guarded, fed, and protected.”
Eliah looked down at his chest and saw it: a glowing seed nestled beneath his ribs, pulsing with light and longing.
“If you forget it,” Gad said, “it can fall asleep. If you betray it, it can wither. But if you cherish it with honesty, discipline, and quiet strength… it will become a Tree of Life.”
Behind Gad, the golden wheat parted, and a towering gate of carved wood and crystal appeared. Its arch was woven from living vines that bloomed as Eliah stepped near.
“Gate 7 — Gad: Guard the Seed, and It Shall Become a Kingdom.”
Before stepping through, Eliah asked, “But how do I guard something so quiet?”
Gad placed his hand on Eliah’s shoulder.
“By saying no to what dims your light. And yes to what makes it grow.”
And when Eliah passed through the gate, he felt it—the seed in his chest rooting deeper, stronger, rising like a promise.
To be continued…
